"Their meetings come just four months after Giggs reportedly lashed out at Davinia in the Peruvia nightclub in Wilmslow, Cheshire.
Onlookers told how they could only watch in horror as he punched her in the face and stomach, sending her sprawling.
Giggs, who had been drinking with friends, was ushered away by bouncers. But Davinia decided not to press charges."That'll be when all nightclubs were closed yeah?
Not defending him though

An absolute waste of money, why the women's game is being promoted to the hilt when it's so crap is beyond me.

Well done Bristol, good game from my limited rugby knowledge!

You really don’t like them do you?
tom, i just don’t get the hype that surrounds them, all we ever hear is how much money they have spent on players, what a world class coach they have etc. and yet as soon as they come up against a decent side they fold!

I don't understand this whole "throwing results" with a shit team selection. Obviously the world class coach has not built a good enough squad

Am I the only one who finds having over 2000 pages dedicated to that lot embarrassing? They are not, and haven't really been our rivals for years. The little childish comments and inuedos put us on a par with them to a certain degree

October is still the target, and all test events are going well
People in stadiums is a long way from the restrictions being re-applied at present
Is there any proof Covid will get worse in bad weather? What will occur is people will get flu etc
Important to remember there is a thread to discuss the actual virus and this is discussing the impact on sport
But testing has increased massively, and number of people passing away is still low compared to these numbers.
It will never be zero deaths in the near future, just a case of controlling it now
You might wanna rethink your "all test events are going well" statement in light of the horse racing announcement today!

4, every home team has to send a list of the personnel involved in a game 24 hrs before the game to the FA and a statement that they're COVID negative; max. 500 person (inc. all away team personnel)
500 people to still be present,! Just shows how far up its own ass football really is

I'm employed by a very large company so no impact to me working from home on full pay. I think self employed should have benefits open to them in line with the tax they have declared over the last few years. Gig to be fair surely?

the same one as you, no matter how you dress it up it’s absolute light years behind and shows no sign of improvement. for a club like ours it’s a waste of money to go out and get battered every week
