Being a City fan for over 65 years most Saturdays and Tuesdays during the season starts of with hope. By kick off time and for the next 90+ minutes its always a roller coaster. If we end up losing, that ruins my weekend. I do not watch Quest that night. Indeed when we lost to Brighton in the play off final in Cardiff, that depressed me for a whole 12 months. If we draw, well its better than losing. I get to that state by Sunday mornings. But if we win than I fill positive, happy and look forward to the next match building up that hope to a higher level, etc etc. So going back to the main question after the Sheffield United result. When a player makes a mistake, remember every player in every team makes a mistake. Indeed do you ever make a mistake? Remember when one of our players misses a tackle or goal, then remember all players from every team does the same. When you played football did you ever miss a tackle or goal?. Lets not make negative comments every time one of our players does something not to your liking. Remember its a TEAM game. Lets all get behind the team. We will not win every match. No team wins every match. I was expecting a up and down season, which should leave us around mid table. Then next season i would hope for an improvement on that. In Nigel i trust, COYRs.

Firstly get well soon Nige, we need you over seeing our club. When i went to Peterborough last month i was worried as Nigel would not be there.. I need not not of worried it was a great performance all round.

Living in Southampton and commitments in the area i have to pick and choose my matches to go to. So this season i have been away to Reading and Peterborough and Luton at home. How come we can be so good away but can not win at home. Away the fans are brilliant and the players are under no pressure so they fight till the end. At home with this no win run. The pressure is mounting on the players and fans those last 10, 15 minutes as the pressure starts to go up and we go deeper try to get this win it all goes wrong. That's my view any way. The answer is to keep attacking till the end and not try to defend our lead. I will be quit happy with a string of 5-4 wins at home. I trust in Nigel to change the team over the season and close season. I did say i would be happy with mid table this season and push for the top six next.
