All i want to say is that i think Richard has done a great job at the club. I understand it was a position in cricket that he could not say no to. Good luck with your new job Richard. For the past few years i have thought to try and and get some constant level of play, is a constant captain. A captain who is not afraid to shout, bully, grab fellow players by the neck when needs must. A Shaun Taylor, a John Terry, Billy Bremner type captain. Someone is not scared of upsetting fellow team mates or management. I bet Nigel wishes he was playing in our defence/team.
