  1. Exactly this. Been going on for years that it makes me think 'is this a trait of the championship' or 'just us'. Can anyone place any stats from the last 5-6 years, or maybe from the start of the Johnson era (though I think it was about half way through when things started to dry up). Something like shots on target, shots off, xG etc. Seem to remember us being bottom two or something a couple of years ago! @Davefevs maybe you could shed some light on this please sir, it'd be much appreciated?
  2. So hang on a minute can someone please clarify, the woman who accused him of said crimes has just had his kid and they are still together?!?! I thought they were two different people according to the statement the club has just put out! If so the following two paragraphs in said statement are truely bizarre Throughout this process, the welfare and perspective of the alleged victim has been central to the club’s inquiries, and we respect her right to lifelong anonymity. We also have responsibilities to Mason as an employee, as a young person who has been with the club since the age of seven, and as a new father with a partner
  3. After having an horrendous time with buffering/freezing on numerous streams this season, I'd had enough and decided to buy the season pass at 140 quid. Thats where my problems began!!! First, was stuck in an endless login loop. Second, when I went to buy the package making sure my VPN was turned on before landing on the site, was only presented with audio, so clicked 'watch live' and this is what I was presented with!?!?!? Had almost zero problems last season with the old site. Any ideas from fellow subscribers would be appreciated?
  4. Thanks for this one, not too bad, have to refresh every 5 mins, but nowhere near as bad when using the links from hesgoal. Last season had minimal buffering and freezing etc, but this season is absolutely horrendous!
  5. No disrespect to Kane or his agent, but they don't seem like the sharpest tools in the box. Why wouldn't you have something inserted into that six year contract extension that he signed. Something like 'going into the last two years of the contract, he has ability to leave if the club receives a bid of 100 milly or they failed to qualify for the Champions League'.
  6. F'in joke, looks like city ain't the only amateurs at this then!
  7. Only problem with that is Scott will know the offers and probably refuse the Bournemouth one and choose West ham
  8. Thanks for the update mate. God I find that decision staggering tbh!! Got the aroma of a stitch-up. See Bordeaux are planning an appeal. Don't know what they would have to prove to be successful? Would Rodez be required to show proof of concussion to their player? Is it even possible to show clinical proof of a concussion?
  9. If Rodez are awarded victory then the footballing world has gone completely mad!! Needs to be replayed from the 0-1 scoreline time.
  10. Lovely that. All it needs now is Del Boys 3 wheeler outside Mandela House.
  11. Where's VAR when you need it!!! Get it in the championship now before it costs us promotion???? In all seriousness you are asking for trouble if a fan or member of staff (what it looks like in this case) strikes a player, but the guy looks like he's trying to push them back on the pitch and away from provoking the ultras, all be it aggressively. Imo this is worse than the Rivaldo incident.....concussion my ass.....game abandoned WTF!! https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/65796112
  12. This. Villa Park is an outdated and absolute crumbling shithole. Like someone else mentioned, they surely must be updating in the next couple of years as a caveat to appearing on the list!!
  13. All these p****s coming on here just looking for a scapegoat and someone to blame. Max is the least of our problems, but because he kicks the ball out of play a couple of times he's destined for the bin. Since our upturn he's been one of our best players and got us out of jail or stopped an absolute mullering on 3 or 4 occasions like Luton just gone, but hey people just to remember the mistake like Preston. I really do wonder whether people are watching all these games, imo don't think they are!!
  14. Like the Huddersfield forward in the last ten. Ball out wide was so obvious but he chose to be a selfish cock.
  15. Thought they were pretty good all game tbh, yeah not the loudest but kept going. Liked their Fleetwood Mac chant, was quality with the oouuuhhh ooooouuuuuuuhhhhhhh tale end. Not very creative though!!!! Thought we were fairly quiet for large parts of the game. Then again ManC's ticky tacky 70% possession almost sends you into a trance like state.
  16. For whats is worth FBC pod is pretty good. Also listen to OSIB for more of a comedy angle. 3 Peeps not for me, far to polite and sounds like an extension of 'towing the line' BCFC media department. With a high bullshit threshold I'm able to listen to Ian with a couple of eyebrows raised. Don't mind the guy tbh, he's giving up his time at the end of the day for the pod, just gotta look at him as being a bit of a parody himself. Had to laugh yesterday Dave @headhunter Ian came out with the fact he'd been calling for Naismith to be moved into midfield for months, when in fact think he'd mentioned it about once, and it was you that had continually called for it most weeks. Thought you bit your tongue there, don't think I'd have been quite so polite. There in a nutshell is Ian Gay.
  17. I'll tell you what, you wouldn't think we're in a cost of living crisis the amount of season ticket holders who don't bother to turn up week in week out. Rows and rows of empty seats in front of us which are occupied for around 5 out of 23 games throughout the season!! Mad!
  18. Are you having a f****** laugh. Max is one of the reasons for our upturn in form and one of the reasons we are more solid defensively. Saved us in numerous games since he's come in (have you watched all the away games?). His command of the box is so much better than Bentley. His shot stopping and reflexes are equal if not better than Bentleys. You can see that the centre backs have confidence in their keeper in terms of their postive body language when defending, and that calmness translates to the stands. I'll admit in the first couple of games when he came in, things did look a bit shaky, but that's down to the back line and keeper working through their issues, since then I've seen nothing but improvement (bar the spilled shot against Preston, but for me that was an extremely difficult shot with the ball bouncing just in front of him and at pace). Definitely not a weak link, but hey ho, we all see things differently I suppose!
  19. Club is also asking you to print 20 pound notes so they'll be a back-up if your phone fails. So f***** tinpot by the club, this ain't 2003. Less and less have printers nowadays! Oh wait, but they will charge a fiver to reprint if technology fails.
  20. How do people feel it went? Looked 352 to me, but Im not an expert. Don't know why Pearson did it, but imo made us more regressive and invited pressure. Anybody shed some tactical light on the change. Before people jump on me for being negative, it couldn't be further from the truth, I've always been in Pearsons corner, just thought it was worth discussing.
  21. Yep, thought exactly the same. Needs to be turned up to make the watcher feel more involved.
  22. Not today, but from memory, this is more of a problem at home. Glad Im in the flesh with a ST.
