There is indeed balance to the argument. I don't think anyone can run a football club for 2 decades without delivering anything of note - Fans would have them out undoubtedly. Grown the fan base significantly Improved Ashton Gate significantly Grown the youth set up to consistently deliver quality Grown the profile of the club Avoided the worst of the ITV Digital collapse Created a training facility worthy of its name 2 promotions, 2 cup wins, a league cup semi final That is not an exhaustive list, I'm sure there's other points worthy of inclusion.

Not sure it really needs this. Its player who did well on loan we didn’t sign 20 years ago, I was just trying to add some context. Also, Probably me? Get ******

It’s valid to a degree. He did have a good loan spell and we could have signed him, but didn’t.
  4. Manning.exe isn’t compatible with the Tinnion30yearlegend Operating system, and performance is massively affected.
  5. Different scenarios I guess, but in Citys case, they need to do something - Tickets are virtually worthless for league games because there's so many floating around. What's doubly concerning, judging by the empty seats people cant even give them away.
  6. Last time Stoke got relegated from this league on Sky it was utter carnage vs Man City, who also went down?
  7. 2nd breach of gdpr in a year I make it. Outstanding.
  8. interestingly I have not opted in to receive text messages, yet have one..
  9. England 2024 Stadium Home Men's Nike Dri-FIT Football Replica Shirt. Nike UK £84 for an adult shirt
  10. £14 if you buy it from source
  11. Is someone internal really briefing against him, or is this assumption? Zero class if the former. At this moment in time I could easily say he has 8 games to save his job, and that wouldn’t need someone feeding me titbits…it’s bloody obvious.
  12. I started to post similar but yeah this - I’d also throw in the petty fiefdoms created across Bristol Sport. SL the Duke of Normandy Gurnsey, leaving his English lands in the hands of his vassals, only to reappear when the peasants threaten revolt - rather than a harrowing of the north, we get a petulant budget cut and some stroppy soundbites.
  13. We're in Ibiza during the group games, so 100% plan on kitting the family out in these. The wife is going to be thrilled* Really smart tops. Nike have produced some bangers recently. *I'm a dead man walking
  14. Indeed, there was at least the feeling of an upward momentum, togetherness and identity. Was it rough getting there? Yeah, was the improvement rapid enough? 50/50 on that. It did feel like the pieces were in place, the hard yards completed and then....
  15. Meh, shame no one filmed Liam in the central library after the Southampton win. Im told it was wild, he even allowed himself to browse the fiction aisles
  16. Soooooo I meant to dip in and out of this over the season but with everything City related I forgot… Anyone have any highlights so far this season? I see cup finals are now being played, any trophies for the bedroom trophy shelf? Turns out the full sized goals weren’t the disaster my oldest thought they’d be. Downside is that they don’t seem to want to play any more - not sure how to handle it. It’s been a step up in a league that’s full of amazingly talented players, so was always going to be up against. Amazing natural ability which would be a shame to waste, but short of forcing them I’m not sure what I can do? Youngest has now finished the last 7 a side season they’ll play in. That can’t come soon enough as they’ve all outgrown those pitches. One thing I would point out is that I’ve seen zero poor behaviour on the touchlines this season - is this an outlier?
  17. Be careful what you wish for though. /s
  18. Personally think we’ll lose the two Easter games but then finish strongly. Put me down for a 15 point return from that lot.
  19. Give it to Tinnion so I can boo the *** for 90 minutes while he has flashbacks to how comfy the dug out is at Swansea.
  20. Probably should have kept his figurative mouth shut imo. He knew exactly what he’s doing. But hey, we freed up the wages to sign Mannings dressing room nark and a lad so shite he could get a game in Belgium.
  21. Until he’s undermined by unhelpful comments publicly from the barely functional chairman, or secretly by the snake to his hierarchy. No manager is onto a winner when they have that shit show above them.
  22. Out of interest what do you call tangible improvement? I’ve lumped on to December and I’ll be honest I haven’t really considered what I’d call acceptable at this point. Being entertained I guess, which is subjective.
