I would say that is a big part of the problem. How the heck can anyone put a price on this?
I guess you can ask the fellows how much they were owned at the the time and calculate it to todays money value.
Precise amount or not SL would be recognized as one of us.

I wouldn’t get to focused on the ‘38th’ but, the more relevant point is how this players are remembered or honored by the club.
Dare I say it, but I’d like to think if I was billionaire Steve Lansdown, I would have thought a lot more about this situation and what could be done for those players today. If I was a supporter with the wealth of SL I would pay the AG8 the debt in todays money value first thing in the morning

We had the AG8 Dinner in 2007 celebrating the 25th anniversary. A great evening!

Not seen anything on here about this
But would SL really put loans over to the GASH
Those loaned players would not be liked if they played bad there
This could affect them
Plus I would never want a player from us to go there
There are so many other teams they can go on loan to
Would city be that silly to do it?
We have sent agents who probably did not know they were agents to the lot before. A pity we overpaid Akinde & Clarkson to start with

A good part of the Scandinavian Branch will watch Sham 69 in Bristol late October.

Humanity is a pity THis will paqn down to £ and we will all be embarrassed.

I noticed that on tuitter the player was called Mr but not the pilot, a far more scilled person. Not happy,
Not his idea,

It will be taken to arbitration and hidden away. To much goodwill to be lost by both clubs. Let the dirty work start.

It would be helpful if people could concentrate on something else than Bristol Rovers

We've just dominated an ex prem team for 45 minutes....
If you want a top side I'd suggest you look somewhere else.
We are competing with sides like Stoke who havefplayers on 50/60k a week, under Johnson we've come on leaps and bounds
We could have given it a go first half but we did not. They looked tired and disinterested but we played the game in to their hands acting with zero committment or pace.

2 fluke wins and one fluke loss. Long may it continue.

More down to Stoke getting even more passive protecting their lead. Saying that Walsh and Dasilva played very well. As did Taylor. Patersons second half wasen't bad at all either.

Walsh & DaSilve both made a big difference. Come on LJ get Pato off for Taylor and we can get something out of this.

First half was boring rubbish from both teams. Second half they played even more passive shit and gave us room.

We lost this one but deserved to win it more than the games against Brentford and Hull. Two wins in three games is fine with me.

Two subs that will slow down the game even more

A piss in the ocean for SL.
More about legacy.
It takes more than a magnificent stadium to win peoples heart.
