  1. I was watching EFL goals program and Plymouth are building a new stand the entire length of their pitch, with more seats than the whole of Chernoble. Exeter have built two stands at their ground but the 15ers still claim that only them and Spurs are doing any substancial ground improvements. Since when has a big screen bracket been more substantial than a Stand ?

  2. Perhaps he listed under Dwayne ? I'll have a look................Nope.Not there either.

I see sir Steve is listed at £ 1.72 Billion up £240 million on last year . It also mentions he has a £1.1 Billion stake in Hargreaves Lansdown and he is Chairman of Ravenscroft (Channel Islands based Investments) with £ 3 Billion of assets.

Henbury Gas should be the least of anyone's worries.

The share price of the Arab Jordan Investment bank has dropped from 1.77 to 1.40 in the last year bringing market capitalisation down from £280 million to  £220 million which means the value of the Al-Qadi family shares has reduced by  £18 million and is now standing at £66 million. Analysts are concerned at the company's "lack of strategic focus" and policy of "under-investing".  These comments should ring a few bells with Rovers fans and I suspect they will be alarm bells.

But even more intriguing is the possibility of national news headlines for "our beloved club" when revelations surface about what really goes on at Rovers mysterious  £250 000 pa London office.

Having looked in vain at the Sunday times Rich list for Wally and family. I feel somewhat suprised to see  No mention of the owners of the 6th richest club in England.According to the Arab Jordan Investment Bank ,the very nice man,Wael is worth about 5.6 million. Is that enough to build a new extension to the Tent Camp and finance mega bucks players ?   Perhaps Wally might be using his Chelsea contacts to scrounge some money off  Pedro, the Chelsea player is reported as having 16million and a contract worth £100,000 a week running to 2019. Willian £ 23 million or Eden Hazard £ 32 million could also be targets for the fake shiek. Although I see Emma Watson (Harry Potter fame) is reputed as being worth £ 50 million, she might be up for a bit of boob cricket on the side.

  4. What's the difference between a player from a feeder club and a loaned player ?  Has'nt the loan system finished, to comply with fifa regulations ? So,as there won't be any loans permitted next season, would'nt it also apply to so-called feeder club arrangements ? After all are'nt those players just loaned out also ?

  5. The gift that keeps on giving. Listening to the gash about their non existent billionaire is like watching Monty Python's Life of Brian.  When Wally was quoted in an interview with sunday Independent saying his family are rich, but NOT billionaires, you could here the blue few desperately yell back,oh yes you are oh yes you are. As the Monty python classic shows the crowd gathered in Denial as Brian shouts down to them,I am not the Messiah, the crowd continue to shout back, you are,you are..    As Wally says, he's not a billionaire. That's why he's trying to get a loan (finance) to offload on the non believers. Even with the loan money he will find that financial fair play will give him a good excuse for not splashing the dosh.

  6. The American actor is real. Due to contractual obligations he had to finish filming his very popular T.V series. When that takes a break he will join up with a fellow actor from the show and take a more active roll with the Gas. But until then Fozzy Bear and Gonzo are too busy filming with the other Muppets.

Don't think Tisdale would necessarily be a step back, but our position makes him too much of a risk.

If we were a mid table side looking for a new manager I'd be happy for us to go for Tisdale, especially with him trying to build a long term set up.

That is the problem in a nutshell with Tisdale. Long term, is something he will not be allowed. How many managers have we dumped in the last six years ? Is it 8 ?  Our fans are so fickle that any appointment will only be allowed time as long as he's winning. Tisdale has  been at Exeter 10 years and has not ripped up any trees In that time.
