  1. Weirdly, I think Abraham was injured whilst celebrating Reid's goal against Fulham. Would like to see Engvall get a go, but appreciate the wise head of Wilbraham might be the smarter option. Other than that, I'm happy to see Brownhll get his chance, still think people are unconvinced on him based on performances early in the season where he was forced to play where Tomlin currently plays. Let O'Neil get fully fit.
  2. That's right, could've sworn Tammy scored all 4 of our goals on Saturday... and made all of Fielding's saves... and all Magnusson's challenges...
  3. I meant the quote where he said there were some he was not so happy with.. Having not seen the game I couldn't really judge who he thought might have crumbled, although O Donnell seems an obvious choice.
  4. Ah, missed that. Not too worried about it really, people do get sent off for 2 yellow cards, the second one looked soft to me. It's the defending for the 1st and 3rd goal that are actually worrying. The 2nd is just .
  5. Let's not forget, some people on here DID say that O Neil had form for getting sent off and losing a game for his team. Pretty sure he's the main one Johnson's directing his comment at.
  6. Well, now we've got a post to bring up every time someone says O Donnell is the best keeper in the division.
  7. He hit the post, can't really call it a poor penalty. At least he got it near the corner.
  8. He is proof that it takes great skill to be a successful six-yard-box striker. He seems to be first to the rebound every time.
  9. As well as missing 1528 chances in a season. But, got to applaud him for carrying on and getting the goal.
  10. BBC Sport. Haven't successfully mentioned a City player yet, despite the face that Flint appears to have been the one that created the goal for them.
  11. And BBC say mixup between defender and goalkeeper. Starting to wonder if the BBC commentator knows anything about us.
  12. Honestly struggling to understand how Reid continues to start in that role (or at all, to be honest, but that's a different thread) after the first half against Villa where we were completely overrun and O Neil appeared to be doing all the work.
  13. Update: 4 tries in, still haven't managed to see Tammy's second goal properly.
  14. Is it just me who finds the Sky highlights horrible to watch? I have very good wifi and YouTube works fine, but whenever I try and watch the highlights on Sky's website it goes juddery and skips frames. Means I have to watch it about 3 times just to see all the goals properly.
  15. Burton Albion Twitter page just call us "Bristol". Don't care about the game, they deserve the loss just based on that.
  16. Fair enough, no, I'm not. I was at last week's game, however, where he was (unfairly, imo) picked out as a poor performer. He did give away a few passes, but showed great desire to get the ball back, and played very well in an unfamiliar position. For this week's game I'm going on the comments on the radio, Twitter, the forum and the fact that we didn't concede while he was on the pitch. But yeah, fair enough, I'll shut up on that front now.
  17. Hope those that thought Brownhill was an inferior version of Reid have been silenced by his performance/his goal line clearance.
  18. As much as I'd like us to go and get a few more, a clean sheet here would be a huge boost. Anyone know how Magnusson's doing today?
