I think you mean Harvey Wiles-Richards. He played for the U21s on August 28th but they seem to have used a few keepers this season with HWR, Stefan Bajic and Mac Boyd all featuring. And I believe it was Joe Duncan who was the third keeper at Leicester. He posted a photo of his shirt with the squad number 31.

Why would the club buy a microphone stand for BBC Radio Bristol? NP is clearly wearing a clip-on microphone for the club's media channels.

That would make sense if @phantom has been in the stadium to hear such a message in recent times. Can't say I'm aware of any such event having occurred though.
