Ashton Gate is owned by Ashton Gate Ltd, part of the Bristol City Holdings Ltd group. This much believed thing that SL owns Ashton Gate in some wholly separate entity is becoming a bit of a myth. Yes, he effectively owns it via his controlling stake in the Holdings company but it remains part of the group (which is also the relevant FFP entity) as it has been for a considerable period now.

The accounts for Bristol City Football Club Ltd will give an idea of this when they're filed at Companies House. These group accounts make it somewhat difficult - an increase in wage bill but also an additional 200 employees.
