Coked up idiots with arms aloft on the left-side stairwell more interested in poking fun a young lad, screaming in people's faces to 'f'ing sing... get behind the team' when they haven't even watched a kick...
Brought up on Football Factory and Green Street with (fake) Stone Island coursing through their veins. Pathetic and embarrassing.

When your luck isn’t in…
Positive first half despite the scoreline. Rusty shooting but look threatening.
Referee having a shocker. Definite red card. Dubious offsides and soft foul for the third disallowed.
Gardner-Hickman is a bit loose in possession… doesn’t look like a RB.

Had the utmost pleasure of working with her for a couple of years.
Wonderful woman. Life and soul of the party. A smile and laugh that warmed the heart.
Really was one of life’s good people and is a huge loss.
Rest in peace, Lisa

That's a nice sentiment but with his track record of goals and assists he won't get in my team.
He'll be back £5/5.5m you'd have thought... a good pick for the bench!

He's playing the game. Act aggressively peeved (to a point) publicly to maintain the position that Scott sale was out of his hands to keep fans on side and try and force the club's hand to give him some funds to strengthen. It's tactical and clever. Whether it comes off...

Whilst I am not a Downsey fan - I really think he has an impossible job sitting in a booth in the corner of the Lansdown and South Stand - it's impossible for him to see the subs (albeit he was really slow at announcing the subs last night and either needs to have an eye test or get some binoculars to see the board.
Is this "booth" a contributory factor to the PA system seeming muffled all the time -as it was impossible to understand the names of any of the players her was announcing.
The whole Sound System seems to have had the "Bass" button turned up which means everything is "thumping" with bass when any sound comes out.
To top it all - when announcing the teams at the beginning of the game - he was saying the players names with loud music being played in the background - although it wasn't the background it seemed like the same volume - neither could be heard properly = that must have been down to Downsey for not fading the music down whilst he read out the team names.
This is again an absolute SHAMBLES by the media team - sort it out!!!!
This would be absolutely nothing to do with the media team

Don't want him to be captain. Keep him focused on doing his job as a defender. Being a captain you have other responsibilities that may divert his defensive duties.
I agree. Fontaine springs to mind!

Why isn't this on the club website? Seems bizarre.

The sky commentary is so Blackpool biased.
Paul Robinson and Charlie Adam pro Blackpool in the studio too. “Hopefully Jerry Yates can get another chance” says Robinson.
Coverage as one-sided as our possession in the first half.

He was excellent. Cruise control.
I thought Rico Lewis was brilliant too. Looks a good prospect.

It was a shame that Marlee Francois didn’t get the reception a young player playing for our club should have got coming on to the field.
Proper cock up.

It wasn’t his best game. Different instructions tonight though. Told to go touch tight with Alvarez whenever the ball was played into him.
Nicked it off him a couple of times and did well but due to their speed, they managed to threaten by getting the ball wide and he was then out of position.Distribution was poor but can’t slate him or any of the players. An off night against world class opposition. He’ll bounce back on Saturday.

Looks like an agreement/compromise has been agreed. Game on.

I remember going to the New Den in 2000 and losing 4-1. Alex Meechan tapped in after a Peter Beadle screamer from 35 yards hit the bar. The Millwall fans were singing it even then. When was the original written?
Off topic, but I was mascot that game!

They certainly weren't the only ones there was lots of space in the stand when the winner went in
I know you said this in jest, but I always say I'd rather we score and I miss it, than be there and we didn't score
The pubs before the game were very lively, can remember absolute carnage with the locals in a pub and then walking to the ground
After the game was almost as lively
I have two memories, fainting when the winner went in and "coming around" with limbs flying all around me
@westred1being the city mascot that day was another highlight, always a great picture to unearth this time of the year
Was a quality day for 10 year old me!
Ashton Kate threatened me with walking home if we didn’t win… thank you Christian Roberts!

Chaos getting into the ground. Never seen anything like it.
Drab game in all honesty, not helped by awful officiating.
A good night for the city though.

The same happened at Twickenham yesterday. I’m sure it happened at a lot of sporting venues.

Always had the pleasure of delivering Oskar and Lizzy a teamsheet during the 2014/15 season when they were in front of the Atyeo!
I filmed Oskar walk to the centre circle v PNE - it was a joy to watch.Wishing you all the best Oskar!

Very good half.
The press from the front has been excellent.

I certainly don’t join in with it.
Guessing this is in response to C*ntdiff fans singing that they know they are “sheep shagging bastards”. The reason for this, I think, is to somehow demonstrate that it is no longer an insult. The same as the 15ers calling themselves Gasheads.
Weird behaviour.
Wouldn’t be as bad if we changed the last line to “I drink f’ing cider” or something like that… at least would make it our own but really poor otherwise!

Genuinely awful. So passive. Playing long ball to no one.
Wells and Naismith can’t believe what they’re seeing. “We haven’t seen this on the training field so not sure why we’re playing direct…”
It’s embarrassing.
But best squad we’ve ever had and definitely worthy of a top 6 place…
