Good player but wages would be massive and it's not a position we particularly need to strengthen.

There really is far too much money in football these days. We really can’t compete with clubs in the Prem which can countenance such colossal salaries. I’d love him to stay with us but were I Alex’s dad, I’d be telling my son to jump aboard the gravy train just as soon as possible.

And then I read posts about people panicking that we won't find a buyer cos there hasn't been any news. The premier league season finished 2 week ago. 3 premier league clubs have had games in the past week.

The transfer market has only just started to wake up from its winter hiatus. 

Alex's season has only just finished. 

100% he'll be leaving this summer. Might mot be this week or next, but he'll be leaving.

 

Doubt it mate, he can't even kick it properly.

Pretty sure he can play centre back, left back or defensive midfield. Maybe a bit of a left sided McCrorie?

Would be keen on Cashin from Derby as well.
