Yes someone did once, but I think they got away with it!
(Fawlty Towers war reference)
Glad you clarified that Dave or no one would have got it

Strange to think that they bought half the players on the planet but the one who almost single-handedly kept them up was already at the club.
Who was that? Johnson? Bit harsh on players like Navas and Awoniyi.

Absolutely crazy isn’t it?!
Some people are just desperate to have something to moan about.

There isn't even a small chance, there is no chance.
For one we wouldn't be able to afford his wages!
If a buying club were looking to loan him out (very doubtful) then at the very very least he'd be sent on loan to a top Championship club but more than likely another Premier league club.
I think I agree.
He'd likely make the squad of 1/2 - 2/3's of the teams in the prem, if he went anywhere higher he would then get loaned out to 1/2 - 2/3's of the teams in the prem rather than a mid table championship side.

Wonder why it didn't really work out for him at Fulham / Nice? Play off goals aside was he ever really first choice for them?
I think they just progressed to a level that was too high for him quicker than anticipated.

Clearly with a large cash settlement one way
Milner is out of contract isn't he? Probably a completely unrelated deal.

Just seen that milner to brighton is on the cards too, that might be a swap for macallister, and obviously hes much older; but milner would obviously be taking up a midfield position which might affect a scott transfer?
Yep Milner swap for MacAllister, that is definitely the deal...

Yes but cant out of contract footballers sign pre contract agreements from 1 january of the year their contracts expire?
Isn't that only with foreign teams?

Is this likely? Surely his wages are way out of our league?
Not really, he has 2 years left to run on his deal and performed very well for Nice this season.
Didn't Nige more or less confirm King will be offered a player/coach role a few weeks ago? He's played well recently and has been fit all season so not sure why so many people are convinced he's retiring.

Word of warning. I’ve taken each of my 3 wives to BS3. The middle one and me went to the infamous Scott Murray demolition of Cardiff…..
Yes. Each of my 3 wives. I enjoy showing them a bloody good time. And making them rich
Anyway I’m on the look out for another one. Does your’s have a mate?

Not really Dave. I’m not saying I expect top 6 - I’m simply saying we should be challenging
The only thing ridiculous is this fan base and the fact everyone seems so happy with mediocrity
Luton, Millwall, Coventry, Blackburn and Preston are all clubs in and around the mix - you cannot tell me these clubs , man for a man - have better players then us?
Our fan base on a whole have absolutely no ambition
I agree our aim should be to challenge for the top 6 next season. But a top 10 finish would be 'good enough', it's all about progress.
