A Horse With No Name
be interesting to know how the police ushured the train travellers to reading station any traffic jam problems on the M4 bavk home Nothing at all John. We parked about a 20 min walk from the ground, got straight on the motorway, and was home within 90 mins. Be interesting to hear how long the wait was to get out of the stadium car park, which incidentally, was full at 12.
Rob k
We parked at the station and got a bus to the ground - it was a good crack in the pub before the game with a few hindred City in there aving a sing song. After the game we seemed to walk for ages before we found our bus back but it was all very easy - No police and no trouble as far as I'm aware. Markman
did not seem to be any trouble at the station - for me the weird thing was I got the Taunton train home and it was packed with arse-nil fans!!
BCFC @ Herts
No problem getting to the staion for me. I caught the 79 bus straight to the station in time for the 17.36 to Paddington. No signs of any trouble, the Old Bill seemed to behave themselves.

Guest DanC
Parked at the Harvesters pub about 15 mins walk away, Mainly full of Reading but no trouble what so ever. Parking was free which was a bonus. Went back there after for a beer to let the traffic die down and then and it was a quick journey home.
Dollymarie
We parked the other side of the motorway to the stadium, and then walked about 20 mins. Pub (have a feeling it might have been called "The Swan?") was full of home and away, with no problems. Was back home an hour and a half after we set off. KnowleUtd City
managed to jump on a bus from behind the home end, down to the station, had a few beers at the three guinies (sp) and caught the 18.30 back to Bristol, good bit of atmosphere on there, especially when the lights went out! Bristolian76
Parked at the Holiday Inn (£7) had a few beers in the irsih bar there. Steady walk back after, 10 mins to get back onto the Motorway, no worse than any other away game.

You forgot to mention the fact that all 10 of us got stuck in the lift trying to get from the station to the lower level car park! Twas getting a bit hot and smelly in there after a couple of minutes!!
