Nice! Someones been fiddling with the wrong buttons somewhere along the line! What was the actual score, anyone know?! Sky claims 3-3 as well.

I'm sure Akinde won't mind having an extra goal to his name, has he ever 'scored' an easier one?!

from Wycombe Website.........sounds very promising, lad is young needs games leave him there till end of season I say and bring him into the fold properly next season.

48 mins: GOALL!!!! What a game! What a goal! It's Akinde with a remarkable individual goal. He robs a Brentford defender of the ball on the touchline before running 30 yards, beating two players and driving the ball home from a tight angle. Class.

It seems Premium TV must take their scores from the same feed as Sporting Life (the PA??), as the score is showing as 3-4 even on Wycombe's OS. However, their minute-by-minute reports (which have not been updated since the 90th minute - with 4 minutes of injury time announced - even though it's now 17.20) show three goals to Wycombe, all featuring current or ex- City players:

13 mins: GOAL!!!! The Wanderers are back in it! Brentford didn't get rid of the ball properly, Doherty sent in a second ball with a wonderful swinging cross and Akinde headed home well.

39 mins: GOALLLL!!!!!!!!!!! Mousinho against his old club, who's up there writing this script? Akinde did well to win a corner for the Wanderers before Craig Woodman whipped in the set-piece, Hamer failed to claim and the ex-Bees man drove the ball home from close range.

90 mins: Akinde is replaced by Pittman. The new boy receives a standing ovation from the travelling support and even some Bees fans. What a debut. Outstanding display.
