irishreds
25,000 tickets allocated to everton and chelsea, when they have at least 40,000 turning up each weekend, aboustly shocking. i hope if we got into a final like that our current season ticket holders would be able to get tickets. 22A
Fans have always said the tickets should be shared 50 - 50 betwenn the two clubs, but the FA insist it's their cup final, so tickets have to be held back. Some are given to each County FA, some to the Diplomatic Corps, some to senior officers in the civil and armed services eyc. In other words if you are Secretary of the Glos FA, a messenger at the Turkish embassy or say the Chief warder at the Tower of London you stand a better chance of getting a ticket than any long standing season ticket holder of either competing team. At a guess, the sponsor's get a (Un)fair few as well.
edson
I'm secretary of a small village club in Norfolk with FA Charter Standard status and I received a letter this morning offering me two tickets. Ridiculous.
