Cookie
Millwall have to pick up their tickets from a service station on the M1 a few hours before kick off. Surely this should be a bubble match? I wouldn't want to be in Leeds tonight....which ever way the result goes.

Barrs Court Red
I'm fairly certain it was tried once, and Millwall fans boycotted the match. Can't blame them, fair play.

Laner
Just been reading what Leeds' keeper Casper Ankergren was saying after the first leg... "I was pushed in the back by one of the fans that came on the pitch too. It should never happen, fans should not be allowed on to the pitch. I'm not sure what the security were doing as no-one came to remove them. They are meant to be here to protect the players, it's not good enough. Anything could have happened, luckily it didn't and hopefully I wouldn't experience that again. English fans are normally much better than Danish fans, who always throw stuff on the pitch and at players. But it's happened here at Millwall and I hope something will be done. It is a disgrace to football." Being hit is one thing and totally wrong, I'm not condoning that BUT... I wonder how his views of players on the pitch will change if Leeds manage to overcome being 1-0 down to win the game tonight. Bet it'll change when it's his supporters on the pitch! Robbored
The fact that its a long trip from London, plus its a weekday suggest that there won't that many 'wall fans making the trip north. History show its a high risk game and no doubt the police will out in force regardless of how many Milwall fans are travelling. I can't see there being much if any trouble. The Old Bill will have it under control. If there is to be trouble then a pitch invasion is most likely.

Cars make there own way according to there forum. When they played at Leeds in the league game the motorway was shut for all traffic except 3 Millwall coaches . They say they felt like Royalty! When they played at Leeds in the league game the motorway was shut for all traffic except 3 Millwall coaches . They say they felt like Royalty! Bit like our police escort to Plymouth then, back in January. Get to a laybye at 6, wait an hour and a bit for the police, then get escorted by vans, cars and motorbikes to the ground; with all traffic parting before us! What an absolute waste of police time and money. The most ridiculous part of it was the fact that as soon as we got to the Plymouth ground car park, we were just left to get off the coaches and mingle with all the home fans. So, what the hell was the point of the escort if not to keep both sets of supporters apart?

If Millwall really wanted to create 'difficulties' they could go up without tickets and meet like minded Yorkies away from the ground. Every set of 'lads' has that option but it involves the risk of getting involved in something other than shouting insults from behind an escort or line of stewards ie they could get a hiding and/or locked up. Can't see that happening tonight but who knows with those cheeky cockney chappies..

The only reason this game is getting so much hype is because Millwall smashed their own busses when visiting Elland Road.
RedM
Wouldn't want to be in the service station! It won't be a 'normal' service station I don't think. It'll be one for the Truckers like they held us in when we went to Wolves season before last. A right dump but crucially away from all the nice 'normal' people. It's always going to be a highly charged match between those two clubs whose reputation goes before them. Someone has to lose tonight and one set of supporters won't be happy. Northern Red
I liked the look of that Abdou who scored for Millwall, didn't stop running all night, also Craig at the back for them was impressive. beckford is a big time w~~~~~~, defo not a 'johnson player' anyway Agree with that, good player though. Hanhamreds
COME ON MILLWALL!!!!! love to see Leeds fail, another year of their fans ringing 606 and saying how they are too big for this league, ha ha! Now I support whoever play Millwall as I hate them now. Wouldn't mind seeing MK in our league. Couldn't disagree more! The way Wimbledon were shafted by MK Dongs, I hope they drop like a lead balloon through the divisions, and I hope Wimbledon AFC pass them on the way up. I didn't particulary like the original Wimbledon, but their fans didn't deserve to be treated how they were. BTW the Wimbledon AFC are now in the Conference, so in a few years time, it could be a possibility!

SuperRed
Anyone else feel once Millwall got the second the Leeds fans gave up and went quiet. With around 36,000 home fans there I was expecting them to get behind their team, especially when 6 minutes was added on, but they seemed to give up. Just goes to show how fanatstic our support has been the past couple of seasons.
Pezo
if he scores 20+ a season he can be the biggest w anchor in the world and i wouldn't care I have had the pleasure of seeing Leeds live a couple of times this season (jesus I'm glad to be out of that league) and I honestly think that Maynard is twice the player that Beckford is. He doesnt try hard enough to make it in this league and would rather complain about what others arnt doing then look towards what he could do better.
