Firstly; 7.00 - 8.00pm is not late at night. Secondly; I was scrolling through the programme index for ALL channels and saw that programme had just started. Hence I tuned in to that and then posted my notice. If you wanted naughtiness, Sky Arts channel at 9.00pm broadcast an opera by Shostokovitch performed by the Netherlands Opera Company. 20 minutes into it, one of the leading ladies has her clothes ripped off and her breasts fondles by an angry mob. Tonight it's Rigoletto in a modern setting and that has some naughty bits in it; however please note this is an arts and not a porn channel. In that production or Rigoletto there were topless babes, a fuuly frontal nude man then later on a completely nuude couple having sex followed by another nude woman being repeatedly stabbed. No this was not Death Wish, but an opera on the Arts Channel! When the Bolshoi do their version of "Prince Igor" some of the ladies have their tops ripped off as well. Anyway back on topic; Every Saturday from 7.00 - 8.00pm Channel 178 are showing highlights of games from the mid to late 70s, so by process of elimination, City should feature in one or more of them. 22A Posted May 30, 2009 Author Report Share Posted May 30, 2009 Sorry folks, tonight it's 2 FA Cup games from January 79, neither feature City although it's Eric Rees from Bristol who's Ref in the first game Sheff W v Arse. The second games is Stoke v Oldham and both pitches have snow & ice lying arounsd that'd make the game unplayable to today's overpaid "super stars". At Stoke, they simply swept snow off the pitch markings and used an orange coloured ball. Some things never change though. Arsenal's manager didn't want to play the game as the pitch was too hard for his players and their style of play. Hopefully we'll have better luck in next Sat's prog.
