Rob k
Come on!!! Please let us travel how we want As soon as i saw the date i knew it would be a bubble trip - If it had been mid season i might have thought it would have changed but as its only our 2nd away game and the season will still be new and exciting i cant see the police letting us travel how we like. The Casual Connoisseur
Especailly with them having only had a handfull of games at the new stadium and little logistical practice of dealing with a huge mob, because lets face it, if this game was open travel there would be loads of trouble, deny it if you want but it would/will happen. Riaz
Its obviously going to be a bubble, don't see why people think otherwise. Because Steve Lansdown said he would try to put an end to the bubble games.

Barrs Court Red
The fact that the hcairman doesn't want them, the fact that the fans don't want them and despite the witterings of hystericle little girls the days of mass disorder arwe long gone. People should be able to travel how and when they want in our supposed free country
City_pete1
Come on!!! Please let us travel how we want I really hope so. I am going to see a u2 concert at the millennium the same night, so would be perfect for me !!
Luke_Ciderhead
I can say with 100% confidence that there is absolutely no way the SW police will agree to lift the bubble on the Cardiff away game. Our midweek trip to Swansea the following month however may have the bubble lifted...fingers crossed.

Jungle Jim
If U2 play the same night as Cardiff v City then surely the game will be moved? MM Yep. Zero chance of this being 3pm Saturday, especially with U2 on the same day. Maybe Saturday lunchtime, more likely Sunday. Also Forest-Derby is scheduled for that day but also likely to be moved, I'm sure Sky will want to show at least one if not both games. I would guess 11am Sunday. On the plus side, if this does become Sunday lunchtime the chances of it not being a bubble game get a little better. Particularly as the game at AG is a Tuesday night so a bit less chance of trouble then too.
madmax
If it's a bubble, it won't be an 11am KO, more 1pm - 3pm if not on TV. MM
mjbwsm
Bubble or no bubble.... I don't care as long as we beat them ! I wish S****horpe good luck for Bardiffs first new stadium game, but deep down I would LOVE to be the first team to beat them at there new residence. Cant wait for the new season Newcastle flight booked already !
City+Rangers_loyal
Yep. Zero chance of this being 3pm Saturday, especially with U2 on the same day. A few years back I went to see the stereophonics at the Mill stad which was a sell out and earlier the same day popped along to Ninian to Watch them play Millwall so don't be suprised if it does stay on the same day! Guest DanC
Its obviously going to be a bubble, don't see why people think otherwise. As others have pointed out Lansdown said he was against them and said with both of the welsh clubs having new stadiums it would be easier to control crowds. Squeak
Would a ticket pick-up point be an acceptable compromise? I think Leeds and Millwall have been involved in these. It would mean independent travel to the city of Cardiff but a short escort from the pre-arranged location in the city.

sunningdalered
I live in Cardiff, not much chance of me traveling any other way than on my own Still won't help you if you want to be with the away fans - gotta be on the coach to get your ticket for the ground. I could just about put up with this bubble nonsense if the OB didnt insist on wasting a total of about 4 hours through unecessarily early arrival at the ground, and letting the knuckle-draggers amble out of the stadium as slowly as they want. We barely sold 1,000 last season, let alone 3,500 this.......... .......as long as the Police have their say, they will continue to ruin a day out for 99% of true football fans...all because they cannot deal with the 1% minority
