Tim S Posted August 3, 2009 Report Share Posted August 3, 2009 We all know that Jan Vennegoor of Hesselink was linked with us, although it was only ever nothing more than a rumour on here and paper talk..... but I was just wondering, what actually happened to him in the end? Because he is now out of contract and I havent seen any news of him signing for someone else, I just wondered after all the talk of him signing for us if he ever went anywhere else?? Im not saying he might join us! Im just curious what happened to him!!! You never know though...... if he is desperate for a club......!!!! I would have loved us to sign him, but in the end wage wise we (and tbh most other championship clubs) would be priced out by his wage demands.
