ralphindevon Posted October 5, 2009 Report Share Posted October 5, 2009 I was sat in the home end at Newcastle with a friend who's brother is the manager of Icons, a bar with strippers that was mentioned in the last editon of OTIB. He texted during the game that they had broken the record for most cash taken during a lunch session and that it had been 80% City fans. It's not the first story like this I have heard over the years, landlords in Wycombe and Oxford have said the same when we have returned after the match for a swift pint before heading home. I don't want to promote unresponsible drinking but keep up the good work lads (and lasses) I'm sure all the pints of cider were drunk with great responsibility anyway.
