Most Disliked Football Grounds

Saltergate is on its way out.. didn't really realise this till a few weeks ago.

In a way it'll be a shame when all these little grounds go. As horrible as it was to go to Chesterfield and the bad memories of it(I remember Tinnion being in goal, Aaron Brown being sent off) I also remember a couple of gems (Ivan's rocket of a volley and giving them a proper outclassing in our promotion season 3 years).

Surely the most ludicrous name ever for a stadium.

Close but Darlington's new ground wins hands down. In 6 years it's been:

* The Reynolds Arena

* The New Stadium

* The Williamson Motors Stadium

* The Darlington Arena

* The 96.6 TFM Darlington Arena

* The Balfour Webnet Darlington Arena

* The Northern Echo Arena

Anfield, Goodison Park, Highbury when that was still standing. London Road next to housing bit like Ashton Gate. there a few i can think off from top of my head

Never went to Highbury. The Liverpool one's are good although due to the size of the crowd it was always clear when you were getting near to the stadium.

Maine Road fitted the bill too.

Good shout! Not the most salubrious part of Manchester either.

Millmoor - Rotherham, a big sh**hole the fact you have to go through a scrap yard first then when you actually get into the hole you end up wondering where the scrap yard actually ends.

That definitely gets my vote. Went there in 2006, a week after we'd beaten The Gills 6-0 at home, and watched one of the worst City performances I can ever remember. Walking back to the car, in ankle-deep mud, through the abandoned scrapyards, really summed up the day.
