I would like all three players but we know that would mean an incredible amount spent in wages and we simply can't keep relying on Steve Lansdown to put his hand in his pocket. Because Villa will be picking up some of his wages, and because we have a wealthy chairman who is prepared to bankroll the club, and because bigger attendances = bigger revenues. cider11 Posted November 27, 2009 Report Share Posted November 27, 2009 George Boyd from posh would be a great signing i think, thought hed be one of the first people johnson would of looked at after selling mcindoe He might have liked to have signed him but i dont think we have the funds to spend 5mil on just one player.
