Robbored
Correct me if Im wrong, but did GJ refuse to shake Fergusons hand Saturday? If so, anyone know why? They commented on that on BBC 5 live during the match report. Didn't say why tho'.
Slave to the rhythm
Correct me if Im wrong, but did GJ refuse to shake Fergusons hand Saturday? If so, anyone know why? They definitely shook hands before the game and there was no animosity between them during the game, so I'm surprised to hear that they didn't shake hands after the game. Tim S
Nigel Adderley from 5 Live was about the only person who noticed it. He asked me after if I knew of any issues between Johnson and Ferguson and I cant think of anything. I think it was probably Johnsons fault but purely by accident. When the full time whistle went Johnson went straight onto the pitch to applaud the players and the fans and was probably just didnt think about shaking hands. Im sure they will have shaken hands and had a drink in Johnsons office after like most managers do. Im sure there is nothing in it.
Guest DanC
I think Johnson was just in shock because we had won a home game.
