IWELUMO MAYNARD SABORIO AKINDE AGEYMANG CLARKSON HAYNES TRUNDLE STYVAR PLUMMER JACKSON VELICKA ....as for all the other previous strikers, I'll start with Dele Adebola and Darren Byfield who were pretty good in my opinion. Another one that seemed to fall foul of Johnsons blade. Our top scorer in League 1 and not even given a chance in the Championship, that has always bemused me. Chappers
Don't forget Bas, James Quinn, Andy Smith, Barry Corr... Does Nick Wright also count? Wayne Andrews, Calvin Andrew, Mark McCammon. Don't have nightmares. Was Guy Madjo there before Johnson? Looking at the names, can anyone remember Adam Green? Defender, on loan from Fulham, one start, one sub, at home to Brenford an away at Scunny (No idea which was the start)? I am struggling to remember him. Our top scorer in League 1 and not even given a chance in the Championship, that has always bemused me. Always baffled me this has because GJ was very insistent on giving the players who took us up a chance yet Jevo wasn't given a chance for some reason, Not even off the bench or anything. Seems to me something may have happened off of the field.
Mr Mosquito
I can think of 4 more: Bas Savage, McGammon, Stern John, Madjo. Anymore anyone?

Seems to me something may have happened off of the field. I know, I've always found it bizarre. Apart from the CC game at Brentford where he netted twice that was basically his lot! Somthing must've happened, I'm not neccessarily saying he had to play, but surely he should've had a chance? I mean none of our strikers were exactly banging them in, the only area that let us down that season!

GrahamC
Guy Madjo was signed by Tinnion. Off the top of my head GJ has signed or loaned in; Bas Savage, Mark McCammon, James Quinn, Calvin Andrew, Barry Corr, Phil Jevons, Enoch Showunmi, Wayne Andrews, Andy Smith, Lee Trundle, Darren Byfield, Dele Adebola, Peter Styvar, Nicky Maynard, Stern John, John Akinde, Danny Haynes, David Clarkson, Andrius Velicka, Alvaro Saborio, Patrick Agyemang and Chris Iwelumo! Terrycoopersmagic was right then. That's 22 strikers that Gary Johnson has signed since he's been here. In my opinion the best of them for us were: Jevons, Byfield and Adebola and none of those 3 are still at the club !!!!!
Nogbad the Bad
Guy Madjo was signed by Tinnion. Indeed, Guy Madjo was in the team for GJ's first match at Brentford.

Ashton Great
How many of jevons goals were penalties though when he was top scorer cant remember him being that good for us! Not sure how many pens (but it was quite a few), but of the 19 goals Jevo scored that year only 11 were in the league. He was a bit of a cup specialist - remember the hat trick against Gillingham in the FA cup and the screamer up at Forest in the Paint Pot trophy

It is alarming to see how many strikers weve had though and how much much money wasted!

Quite a few from what I remember. Never been part of the Jevo love in, he didn't set the world alight at Huddersfield (?) after us, and is now in L2. Maybe, just maybe, that is one GJ got right?
