A few matches with Millen in charge is a small price to pay if it gives SL time to make the right permanent appointment. Quite right, last thing we need is a knee jerk appointment! still not convinced its not the right decision at the wrong time but now it has happened diligence is now of paramount importance to get the right management team in. Would be very surprised if it's even 'a few matches' (unless of course we beat Newcastle ). The new man will want his own back room staff and he'll decide who stays or goes.
