Quick, athletic, cultured and above all decisive - will provide strong competition to Jamie Mac and put an end to the nonsense of playing Fontaine etc out of position at LB of we get an injury. Sid Posted April 28, 2010 Report Share Posted April 28, 2010 Only if Coppell wants him! I trust whatever Coppell does. Sawyer did have a good game against Derby. My one worry was that he got nutmegged in the 2nd half that caused a good chance for Derby but he did tackle really well throughout the game. He appeared to want to impress by tackling rather than jockeying the winger. Need a larger sample of games before truely judging him. Not sure how good the Derby attack was down our left would like to see him up against a proven quality right winger. If he can do the same as Orr does on the right then good things will happen! My MOM Saturday as a defensive force and anyone who saw his SCREAMER against Exeter in the reserves would have to agree he isnt bad in the opposition half either?!!
