Surley a left sided midfielder that can do a very good job in the Championship . . . . and on a freebie would fit the bill to sort out the gap that has been left for far too long by Macca. Interesting..... Good player paticularly at Championship level but would probably want wages beyond City. He's 28 in August so in his prime and could well be a target for one of the smaller PL outfit like Wigan or Wolves. But you never know. sjb1977 Posted May 14, 2010 Report Share Posted May 14, 2010 I think he could still be a good championship player, sometimes all a player needs is a good manager to get them playing good football again and maybe someone like coppell could be the sort of person to do so, maybe thats what he has been missing over the past couple of years, well that and regular fisrt team football.
