southvillekiddy
Vuvuzlas banned from the gate!!!! Thankyou Lord, sense has prevailed. Would have killed vocal support at the Gate and probably caused fights between City fans. Made to be sold to idiots and glory-hunters, like the equally stupid airhorns at The Millenium and Wembley play-offs. For the musicians amongst us - b-flat will never be the same again. Alleluiah! glastonred
I was talking the other day to a South African about the vuvuzelas and happened to mention them being part of South African football culture, and she laughed and said that that was completely a myth as they were actually invented by a white Afrikaner who wanted to take advantage of black Africans' propensity to make a lot of noise!
