RedM Posted May 20, 2004 Report Share Posted May 20, 2004 When I got to the ground just after 7.00 the stewards were clearing a way so a car could get through to leave the ground. (It was a open top sports car thingy, BMW maybe ). It was driven by Joe Burnell, sat next to him was Fortune and it the back seat not looking happy at all was Lee Miller. Well none of them looked happy. Usually the fans would have cheered and shouted out something, but the players all looked so stoney faced nobody said a word, it was really weird. Everybody just looked at eachother and said 'they're not playing then'. I thought we had blown our chances,I would have liked 2 out of the 3 to play some part in the match. The lee p got injured and i held my head in my hands. Bow down to Danny, he got it right. But at 7.00 I doubted him. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
