Hicksy-BCFC
Can't see it myself. If you want my opinion - do I want him to? Yes, I don't think we have ever replaced him.

red badger
I'd be amazed - but not disappointed. He clearly felt he was played out of position too often in his latter days with us and there didn't appear to be a place for him when we spent last pre-season experimenting with 5-3-2... daisybcfc
Would probably prefer Ryan Harley and he would probably cost us a lot less
Portland Bill
We need a left footed wide man,hes got a good left foot!!
Pickle Rick
We need a left footed wide man,hes got a good left foot!! But no pace and can't beat his man. I'd rather we never let Harley go. Not saying 'told you so' but he did always impress when on the pitch (mainly friendly matches unfortunately). From what I've seen recently Harley is FAR better on the ball than hissy fit money man McIndough.
Dingbat
I thought jcr had a very good, disciplined game on the left yesterday. I see no need for MM or anyone else if he continues like that
RedLad
He'll be 31 this year, I'm rather hoping we start looking towards some players that we can build on for the future. We need a good mid-twenties left-footed winger.

I agree, looked like he might make it at City before his bad injury ( can't remember if it was a broken leg or cruciate ligament, but remember that it was a serious one) and then Tinnion was replaced by GJ and he was released. We need a good mid-twenties left-footed winger. Agree. McIndoe is decent but his age counts against in terms of paying a fee and a presumable three year deal. westonred
He left because he was a bad influence in the Dressing Room and unpopular with the other players so why on earth would we want him back
Alex_BCFC
Not now. But I do think we need a left sided player. JCR did ok there yesterday but we need a left footed left winger. More important though is to replace the liabilty that is Jamie McCallister,
Lack of Action Man
He left because he couldn't keep his mouth shut. Don't want him back anyway - did a job at the time but not good enough to slot into the current team imo.
The Casual Connoisseur
Yes please, left footed and can deliver a ball without having to beat his man.
Hartleysbeard
Discuss what?! That McIndoe is an average former player who seemed to forget where he was meant to playing and just did what he wanted leaving massive gap on the left. Let's move on shall we. He'll end up at Peterborough no doubt!
WellRedPhil
No. As others have said I'd much rather have Harley. He's done f ** k all since he left us and I'd rather we went for a younger player. I do think it's about time we end this left-sided problem though. SnozRobin
Rarely does it work when a player returns for a second spell (Louis Carey being an exception, although he was only gone 5 minutes). Mark Gavin would be a prime example - now there was a quality winger (in his first spell). Anyhow, would imagine Mcindoe burnt a fair few bridges when he left and seems to have past his prime (our first season in the championship). Jordan Tansley
Don't want that self obsessed gobshite here again. I'm all for ambition, but he takes the piss. Hows your quest for the Prem going Mike? hahahaha!
Riaz
Rated him when he was here. But I think he left at the right time, cos he has been shyte ever since by all accounts. No thanks

REDOXO
I always liked McIndoe, however he does have a reputation as being a bit of a high maintenance individual. Nevertheless I am assuming that the original poster is under the impression that he is on KM's shopping list and would think that KM feels he can keep him in line. Ryan Harley has been mentioned several times on this and other threads. I was told by more than one person at and around the club when he was coming through he too had a bit of an attitude, nevertheless after a few seasons away and hopefully having got older and wiser perhaps he may have altered! TBW
McIndoe WILL be returning to Ashton Gate... but not until September 18th.
Mr Popodopolous
Have we had a midfielder since McIndoe, with equivelant goals and assists stats- if the answer is no, then he would probably be a fair signing. Unless there was some off the field stuff of course.

Webzcas
So we have never replaced McIndoe since we sold him to Coventry. So we are going to replace McIndoe, with McIndoe! Thanks for the service Michael, but please don't come back. I am sure there are better options......
