Not sure he had the technique for the prem but then at the time maybe he did. And I was right in line with that Stoke goal.Given the context - we were deep in doodoo, desperately needed a win, was a pretty poor match as I recall (poss wrongly) and I never dreamt Matty would have a little trip out of our half like Beckenbauer and then let one rip a la Koeman.
