We had a fair few chances to score but wasn't clinical enough. Overall not a bad first half. The second half, the players should be ashamed of themselves, they basically thought all they had to do was turn up and the result would be theirs. Terrible attitude, they stunk of arrogance and big headedness. Millen touched on this a few weeks ago. But second half we fell apart under pressure and got punished. By then we looked clueless and despite his efforts LJ is too lightweight in CM. Marv does his best but needs more help. JCR with all his running needs to look up to see the pass, and release the ball quicker. Their LB had Albert sussed today and he produced very litle. With Caulker's absence the defence looked very shaky and the most worrying thing is that our confidence is so fragile without him there. And on top of all the other disappointments, Ribs is clearly injury prone unfortunately, so not many pluses coming away from the game today!! As i have said on another thread , they are a bunch of AVERAGE players who cannot MOTIVATE themselves from week to week. We need some CLASS signings if things are to improve in the long term.
