arpaul Posted July 12, 2011 Report Share Posted July 12, 2011 Just looking at the training pics from Portugal and I am amazed that now they seem to be at the stage of 5-a-side games or whatever it is they are playing, that none of the players seem to be wearing Shin pads! There are a few pictures where it looks as though tackles are flying in. Thoughts? Hopefully then it shows that Mr Millen has been working on our defficiencies from last season. WE COULDN'T TACKLE. This is why the majority of them wear the smallest they can find (they often look like children's ones!) to fulfill the minimum requirement of the rules of the game.
