Its a mistake - the worse the team/players the more "mistakes" they will make. You cant then say, oh its a mistake, never mind then. You've got to ask, why did James have to make a split second decision? Why was he under pressure. Because Ipswich were pressing our midfield, forcing our midfield to give a poor ball to James - a midfield who struggle to retain possesion - a midfeild selected and coached by Millen.
