bangers
Very Impressive Tonight. Very solid on the left, broke well with pace and support Maynard looking a potential goal threat...... He also sees a pass that only Kilkenny does.....thought he looked very dangerous and potentially a top player. Granted he gave the ball away a couple of times. but HE IS LOOKING LIKE THE PLAYER WE THOUGHT WE HAD SIGNED......Bolasie looked good too.
Brizzle Jordan
bangers is praising the whole 11 but giving them an individual topic, Like it! Bolasie could be a star imo. Lots of talent.
thatcham red
You're kidding, right? Woolford posed no threat and kept playing us into trouble. It was a relief when he went off.
bangers
You're kidding, right? Woolford posed no threat and kept playing us into trouble. It was a relief when he went off. Had arguably our two best chances and was a much bigger threat in the 2nd half than Adomah ****il he got taken off) Thought the way he cuts in and generally plays the right ball is something we have been missing. thatcham red
Agree that Albert faded a bit, but for me that didn't make Woolford look any better. Huge performances from many other players that I would pick out, including Cisse, Kilkenny, Fonts and Skuse.
Jordan Tansley
Haven't conceded a goal whilst he is on the pitch in games he's started this season. The importance of a left footed left winger to our shape cannot be underestimated!
Riaz
Defensively he was good, as was the whole team. But overall, was one of our poorer players - confidence still shot. Kilkenny was best player on the pitch, easily.
Lordofthebling
Woolford was our worst player by an absolute country mile - until Clarkson came on. Wooly gave the ball away in dangerous places and all he had in his locker was the hit and hope. Bolasie did more in 30 minutes than Woolford has done in his whole city career! Olé
There's something in what you're saying, but second half he was a liability, poorest player on the team and blindingly obvious choice to sub. I don't think he has a future unless he can do a lot more.
thatcham red
Hopefully with more games he will grow in confidence
Craven arms
He was fricking awful gave the ball away at least four times that nearly lead to a goal each time move him on or see if s****horpe want him back
Ryan_BCFC
Has his good and bad moments... He Hasn't made as much as an impact as we all thought when we signed him (weight on his shoulders) With a little more game time and consistency you never know he may prove himself and become a regular face in the side, which he has yet to do Wishful thinking maybe
Stockwood bcfc
All i can say is thank goodness we have a manager who changes things!!! He could see woolford was giving the ball away cheaply so changed it!!

If football was all about cutting inside and the like he would be alright but it isn't and he is poor at passing.. i counted 4 missed passes by him and one of them should have been a goal directly from it. McGivern gave up with him mid point second half and soon after he was off. He has his attributes but from what i have seen of him, albeit only 3 or 4 times, he is not up to scratch. Hope he improves. bcfcbs20
Lots of tracking back and working hard from Woolford again but we brought him in to be creative outlet down the left and yet again his passing was woeful he's not strong enough and lacks any real pace Del please swap him Bolise Saturday. Part Timer
Woolford was a liability his passing was garbage and gave the ball away numerous time, wasted our best chance of the first half, perhaps unlucky with the second. More than deserved to come off when he did, left McGivern to be exposed on the left hand side all game.
Alex_BCFC
He did OK again. What annoyed was when we won the ball back and he had a little bit of time but aimlessly cleared it back to them. Improving.
Guest
I'm sure Del will give him 5-6 games and if he's not improved he'll be back on the bench at best. Maybe with him on the left we actually are more balanced and while he's no Albert perhaps stops teams doubling up on Albert as they know he can go out wide rather than JCR who cuts inside and can be dealt with by the centre half. I think he'll steadily improve with more games - am I right in think we've not lost a game when he's been on the pitch, or even conceded?
Riaz
Yes Tom, I agree. We do look balanced - we need to give him 4 or 5 games and hopefully he gain some confidence - we could then have a totally different player on out hands

Jordan Tansley
Yep, fans have already decided they don't like him and I don't understand that mind set. I suppose you get people that are particularly small minded wherever you go. He's never had a proper chance and out form has improved since he's been included. That's enough for me to reserve judgement.
Kibs
He needs a run of games fitness wise too, give the bloke a chance. Also good to see McInnes putting his faith in Bolasie. He must rate him to bring him on at such important stages of the last two matches.
Lordofthebling
Jeez, if that's him improved - how bad was he before?! Never had an agenda with him, but I genuinely, genuinely, can't think of anything he did right last night!
NiceRed
Sometimes the best players dont make the best team. Woolford was our worst player, yet he does give the team a good balance and structure, which you need when you're up against a superior team like WH. And some of the abuse a few people around me were giving him was disgraceful.
bcfcbs20
I will hold my hands up I dont rate him and cant see how he will be in dels long term plans but I will back him whilst he plays for BCFC during a game what is the point getting on a players back whilst he's at least trying his best even if he isn't good enough.
