Red-Robbo
It's nice to see a player who is genuinely two-footed. Not that many of those around.

True, although if you had said two-faced.... Havent seen him play yet, but it sounds like he is a good signing, and appears to be settling in well despite the language barrier. Happy days, good work Derek!
foghornred
Having seen every game he has played for us so far I can say that he is a great signing as he can play left or right back, attacking or defensive with comfort. At Reading he played right back defensive to keep McAnuff in check and hardly crossed the half way line but against Doncaster he played as an attacking left back getting in several shots. So we have a very versatile player who also brings something that we have not had since Greg Goodridge ,a long throw. overall we have a very astute signing and a great addition to the squad. bangers
Hopefully we will see more from him as we become more of an attacking outfit. Definately seems a decent addition. Imagine the pace of him and Albert on the right.

Calculus
Wilson was way out of position, fonts and foster had to move over one which left Snodgrass unmarked Wilson wasn't out of position - he had to move over to cover for the absent right back. Look at the video again and freeze as the forward pass is made. You will see three of the back four lined up, and Skuse 20 yards from where he should be. An all too frequent event IMO, but then even he doesn't think RB is his best position.

Overall Skuse had a very impressive game on Saturday, but he is prone to these 'funny five minutes' (or longer) when he either loses his defensive discipline or simply doesn't play very well. Still to find his best position, imo it's not right back.
