Under Del our performances against the top sides have been very good:

Reading away - Gave them a very good game although we lost

Southampton home and away - Two wins

West Ham away - Very good 0-0 draw

Birmingham home and away - first game in charge and good 2-2 draw away

Blackpool home - poor performance

Cardiff home - Good performance but got unlucky with 2 own goals

You can add:

Boro (playoff hopefuls), done by a couple of ref decisions at home & a creditable draw away.

Leicester (also playoff hopefuls) 3-2 win at home.

Not the best of angles to lace it was it. If he had been in the middle of the goal I would agree.

On FLS last night Middlesbrough's winner came from a 19 year old receiving the ball in a very similar position to Woolford and he laced it past the keeper before the goalie had a chance to react, I thought to myself that's what Woolford should have tried before seeing the comments on this thread.

The keeper may still have saved it though, or by smashing it he may have missed the target & we'd be lamenting "Martyn Woefull" not even being able to test the keeper so in conclusion I am tempted to attach a pair of oval shaped objects to my auntie....
