Bedminster Born And Red
Don't know what all the fuss is about to be honest. It's been obvious in the last few games that Heaton is lacking confidence. Should have came and got something on the ball for Burnley's winner instead of being stuck in lead boots on his near post, didn't come off his line first half for a cross last week and Hull should have scored and flapped at a simple cross in the second half that an Academy keeper would have caught. Only thing McInnes got wrong on this one is taking so long to take Heaton out of the firing line. I would have stuck Gerken back in two or three games ago. Anyone who has played at any level will know that conceding 28 in 13 is not good for a keeper regardless of how many they are at fault for. Slacker
Go Deano!I think Heaton has performed very well this season but Gerks has had to be patient pretty much since we signed him. When called on I think he has done well.Hope he makes the most of his chance. Keepers Ball
No keeper likes to concede a good number of goals no matter how well he plays. Be good to taKe him out the firing line. He'll be back in next week i guarantee it
