Tom
Short term deal for Bates to prove himself and his fitness, great little deal by Del and the board. I guess we are 4-3-3. Hope Reid gets a game.

Brizzle Jordan
Team looks a little weak in the full-back and wide areas for a change but looks a little better down the middle. Very good bench though.

JammyOne
Certainly 451 from that. Maybe Danns playing advanced position?

RedBrizzleRobin
Looks solid if unspectacular, 4-5-1 clearly. Not a team with a real goal threat but a clean sheet and a 1-0 win will do us all. Then again hope I'm proved wrong and me smash em.

Nogbad the Bad
Woolford, Briggs and Taylor out of squad - all dropped as a result of last week? Briggs wouldn't be dropped surely - maybe that bug is still doing the rounds.

Nogbad the Bad
Why? Briggs has been utter shite You usually give a loan player a few games to settle in rather than discarding him for a youngster who didn't seem to be ready, don't you reckon? TRL
Didn't del himself say only 2 days ago Bates was miles off first team contention. He had missed a development game, and would need games in u21 and development squad to get match sharpness before entertaining the idea of being in the first team squad. Must have played a lot in the last 2 days is all I can say!

I don't think we have time for him to ' settle ' we need points, and quick!
Uncle Albert
Why? Briggs has been utter shite +1. Placed a couple of passes nicely into row f of the dolman stand last week. Been getting forward well but seems to forget he's a defender; how to take a throw in and how to head a ball!

Nogbad the Bad
I don't think we have time for him to ' settle ' we need points, and quick! Agree, but Bryan didn't seem up to it (yet) last time and now we'll have an unhappy loan player on our hands. Has Briggs been THAT bad, considering the form of the players around him? TRL
Either that or a desperate gamble. So we have 2 newbies. Both of whom may get crippled :/ What is going on? Who knows, seems odd to me. I wonder how long he will last before blowing chunks. I am guessing he is training fit, but there is a big difference. bcfctim
Quite happy wih that, a lot will be relying on how well Danns and Bates play. Interesting the omission of Woolford, Briggs and Taylor. Don't think their injured so victims of sunday's performance?
