Port Said Red
Fair to play you, perhaps the chap who asked if McInnes was "for real" would like to follow suit?
YGBjammy
Let's not get too carried away, it's a good result. But even bad managers get wins. We'll see where we are come christmas!
BigTone
Unfortunately one win does not rescue our season. However, lets hope we are on the way up. Well done to the lads.
gordie
to be fair i think a lot of people would have questioned that line up today but thats why we are not the manager, hopefully these last 2 games have seen the green shoots of recovery, onwards and upwards, CTID

Rob k
Unfortunately one win does not rescue our season. However, lets hope we are on the way up. Well done to the lads. 4 points from 6 against 2 good sides is positive, we can get out of this.
KeepUpLino
Fair to play you, perhaps the chap who asked if McInnes was "for real" would like to follow suit? I do follow suit, I'm over the moon with the result but don't regret what I said. Uncle Albert
Yep and me. Anyone selling humble pie? I need a slice. WolfOfWestStreet
Also while we're all in apologetic mood, sorry to Pearson, gets a LOT of stick on here but does score goals and often very important ones! Habberss
Well done lads, I also criticised the line up today, only cos Taylor was up on this own. I'd still like to see baldock and Davies start. They carry so much threat! But, grinding out results is more important. Thumbs up lads.
Red Cloud
for some spooky reason I bet on a city win @ 5/1 and 1-3 scoreline @ 40/1 - only put a quid on each but £45 profit will pay for tonight's cider - wahoo!!!

Spike
What I don't get is we win one game after not winning for 11 games and some results go our way and all of a sudden we're all happy again.... this is my problem with our fan base, we're so easily pleased, one win in 12 games and we're all saying McInnes made the right calls and so on. I still do not have faith in McInnes, one result doesn't change a quarter of our season being dire! I'll see how we are in 2 months and if thinsg have changed for the better by then I'll hold my hands up and admit I was wrong and should have had faith in him, until then it's only going to irritate me seeing everyone getting excited over what is still a bloody terrible position to be in. Christ almighty! People are pleased with the win because it was against a side at the top of the league and going really well. Thought today City were excellent, played some great football in the middle of the park, defended well (Fontaine improved tenfold) and took our chances! Lets face it, we couldve had 5 today if it wasnt for Pearson blazing over the bar, Albert losing a little composure in front of goal and it seemed a blatant tug on Taylors shirt in the area by all accounts couldve resulted in a pen. We improved last week with a 1-1 draw against a good Blackpool side and a superb away win today. The squad we have is far better than the position we are in, lets hope for more of the same against Brighton... not easy but winnable!
