He was born in Johannesburg. He played for Liverpool from September 1933 to October 1936 making a total of 31 appearances scoring eight times. Nope, Jimmy wasn't a teacher, but he was something to do with Westbury on Trym wildlife park, met him loads of times work wise, a really nice guy.
