Kid in the Riot
Me and my mate were gesturing as the players came over to clap us at full time. Not swearing just more 'what the ****' and Skuse beckoned me over from the pitch. Went down to front of stand and he said to me 'whats the problem?' to which i replied i want the manager out and that there was a lack of effort out on the pitch today. He said today was not good enough but that it wasnt through lack of trying. He then apologised for the performance and went on his way. Fair play to him for calling me over and listening and apologising. Can't say fairer than that.

GrahamC
Quite right. It is easy to tar all our players with the same brush and although we'd all prefer he didn't have to do it in the first place, it reflects well on Cole that he didn't slink away like others did. He may not always be on form, and will put in duff performances, but he does care. We need more that do.

LondonBristolian
As Andy082005 says it doesn't make up for the performance but fair play to him for not hiding and being willing to talk to fans who are criticising. Plenty of players wouldn't.
Corleone
Skuse is city through and through and one of the first names on the team sheet for me.

REDOXO
Skuse is City born and is a supporter after he is a player! The point he is trying to make by coming over and saying its not the lack of trying, I believe, is that the manager has not got a clue and there is no confidence! Rob k
If I had been there he would have got a proper mouthfull, he's as much as the problem as anyone else. It gets on my tits he gets minimum flack because he's say so city through and through, is he ****. Some of his performances have been a disgrace. How many times he been booked or sent off for City for Being a nasty **** in the centre of the park? How many goals or assists?
Uncle Albert
Bristol City FC @bcfctweets Cole Skuse spoke with fans in the away end at the final whistle. "A few made their opinions known; they're entitled to them."

sglosbcfc
Cole Skuse might not be a world beater but it is unfair to say he doesn't give 100%. With the present squad we have Skuse should always be in the team.

WellRedPhil
As Derek and many others slipped down the tunnel I give Skuse a lot of credit for coming over and having a word with those at the front. You can see he cared and you could tell by the look on his face that he was embarrassed.
Esmond Million's Bung
The players are as much to blame as the manager. Pete1975Legend
 I can't believe he had to ask what the problem was. 1. we just lost 2. ANOther poor performance 3. Skuse was in central midfield with Pearson that was the same 2 who were consistent during our losing 7 game run 4. TWO shots SO basically a lot of problems
