It's a known fact that he has helped out certain players when their confidence is low.

Roberts spoke of the peg method. Jones told him to imagine pegs in the goal mouth, and to aim at one of the pegs, as before Robbo was just getting into a position and just whacking it.

Yes it is the job of the manager to motivate the players, but how many managers in the country are also psycologists?

Would be a mistake in letting him go in my opinion.

All this motivational crap really pisses me off. The manager and trainers are responsible for the players on the pitch - if they can't hit the target naturally or after being told how to do it, then sod off, they are in the wrong job. Don't spend a shed load of money on a quack.
At last, someone who agree's with me!
