As for sharing the UWE, we wouldn't want to, they wouldn't want us to and also didn't our board immediately rule out the possibility of them sharing with us when they were going to rebuild the Mem? Higgs would tell us to go **** ourselves....thankfully. Sainsburys must have spent a fortune in legal fees to get to this stage, they won't pull out of the Mem now.
