InCider
Always surprised to hear City fans say things like this - Gerken's easily good enough to be City's keeper in L1. Agree. Although, Heaton is still the better keeper, so I would try and keep him, if possible wage-wise.
havanatopia
I imagine if he gets guaranteed first team football somewhere else he'll be off, if he can't be guaranteed that I expect he will stay, he said that was the big factor in leaving Cardiff and coming to us. Nobody will guarantee first team football.

If Heaton goes I would be happy with Gerken as no.1 next season. Not sure where people think we will get a better keeper from?
Lita For Congo
Signing him up will contribute to further ticket sales Really? Im getting a ST next year but my mates are sat on the fence. Heaton signing or not would have absolutely no bearing on if they get one. More like if we get a young and hungry squad up together. Gerks is a decent keeper at L1 level but i believe hes out of contract isnt he? So he may well leave in the summer.
