Not bad figures considering the dross we have been served up for the past couple of seasons.

They might have a few less watching them next season.

Thats one way of looking at it..another is that every home game you had a very large following in the east end that must knock your average up by aound 2k while we get about 200 average fans at the mem from away teams.Also we we bottom of the football league for the first half of the season but then we got some very decent crowds for Lg2 when John Ward took over/

I think you overestimate the size of the away followings of clubs like Millwall , Peterborough , Hull , Barnsley.

In fact only 2 sides brought 2K to Ashton Gate last season , Sheffield Wednesday and Leeds.
