Just because some maybe relaxing on a beach, players and agents are constantly talking... it's not like working in a factory where when you go on holiday you can forget everything.... And here in lies the problem, if our unwanted contracted players are not wanted by other clubs they will still be here at the beginning of the season. They maybe on reduced wages...but the majority of them still take up approx. 80% of our wage allowance. Therefore the likelihood of many more players coming in until some are offloaded is remote. Obviously GK and cover are a must. I can still see us in a position where we are pre season training with 'unwanted' players and any transfers being late...not ideal for the start of a new season. havanatopia Posted June 20, 2013 Report Share Posted June 20, 2013 Anybody who buys Albert should be forced to take Fonts, Tangs, Pearson and Foster; we'll even throw in our DAF Mini Bus from the Freight Rover Final to take them there.
