French Trialists

Recommended Posts

At least 3 on the bench against Bath. Subs (subs: Mafuta, Moses, Thomas, Kitchen, Ewagnignon, M'Baka)

Philtzgerald Mbaka - 20 year old striker/left winger from PSG B

Glenn Mbimba Mafuta - 19 year old right sided defender from Clermont II

Rhys Ewagnignon - 19 year old attacking midfielder from Nice B (scored the equaliser)

info from Bristol8919

I think we may also have Alex Kitchen from Newcastle on trial, 19 year old central defender.

Not sure who Moses and Thomas are?

Anyway it's nice to see we are broadening our horizons and looking to the continent for talented players, more good moves by Burt and SO'D.

Seems we're desperately trying to find a player with a name as ridiculous as Enoch Showunmi.

In all seriousness, this is what Keith Burt brings to the club. He's got a list of contacts longer than Enoch's swinger.

All possibles for nothing more than the development squad

Expect them to get similar short term deals - nothing ventured nothing gained!

I don't think they are all for the development squad. Mbaka was training with the PSG first team last year so I highly doubt that he will be looking to join a development team

OTIB at it's best with info - unlike the morons with their outdated working mens club comments.

Further evidence that the youth policy is being fully implemented.

No Frenchies in our squad please.

Remember Agincourt!

The day "chivalry " died.

The French knights entered the field of combat to confront their noble counterparts ,as was the rule of war at that time, only to be slaughtered by the common longbow archers, not very "fair play" but effective.

Funny thing history ,for us English it is seen as a great victory but it is viewed differently in France!

There are similar differing views on Napoleon.
