Yeovil Town took on Bristol City Under-21s this afternoon, at Clevedon's Hand Stadium, in a low key pre-season friendly. The game was arranged to allow some of the Glovers players who haven't started in recent friendlies to get more game time, and two goals from Sam Hoskins and one from Michael Ngoo were enough for a 3-1 victory, coming back from a goal down.

City took an early lead when Ewagnignon found Ferris, who slotted the ball past Gareth Stewart for a 1-0 advantage. The Glovers then hit back with two goals from striker Sam Hoskins either side of the break - the second involving a 20 yard deflection off former Glovers Youth Team Captain Mitch Brundle as it hit the back of the net.

Michael Ngoo then grabbed Yeovil's third, as he raced onto a long ball with 20 minutes remaining to find the back of the net. Sam Hoskins could have had a hat-trick when he was brought down in the box. Picking up the ball himself though, he was thwarted by City keeper Parish, who blocked the spot kick.

Final Score: Bristol City Under-21s 1 Yeovil Town 3.

Scorers: Ferris (1-0, 10 mins), Sam Hoskins (1-1, 35 mins), Sam Hoskins (1-2, 58 mins), Michael Ngoo (1-3, 70 mins).

Bristol City Under-21s: Parish; Kitchen, Brundle, Moses, King; Ewagnignon, Dobie, Mafata, M'Baka; Ferris, Thomas
